1. The 14-Day Guarantee We offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange for a different size/color or a full refund.
2. Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and Unused: Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent sole scuffing.

Original Packaging: Must include the original box, dust bags, and all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or order confirmation email.
3. Exchange Process (Sizes & Colors)

Egypt: We offer one free exchange for size. Subsequent exchanges will incur a standard shipping fee.

GCC: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
4. Refund Method

Credit Card Payments: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders are issued via Store Credit or Bank Transfer. Cash refunds via courier are not available.
