Exchange & Return Policy

Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the product is in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for exchange or return shipping costs, except in the following cases:

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The customer received the wrong product due to a shipping or fulfillment error.

In such cases, the company will cover all shipping expenses.

Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is discovered, customers may request an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving the product.

The company will bear all shipping costs related to exchanges or returns resulting from manufacturing defects.

يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية.

يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، إلا في الحالات التالية:

• وجود عيب تصنيع في المنتج.

• وجود خطأ في المنتج المُرسل أو خطأ في عملية التوصيل.

في هذه الحالات تتحمل الشركة كافة مصاريف الشحن.

عيوب التصنيع

• في حال ظهور عيب تصنيع في المنتج، يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

• تتحمل الشركة جميع مصاريف الشحن المتعلقة بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع الناتج عن عيوب التصنيع.
